Anybody have any ideas?ĮDIT: I thought that my issue may have to do with the two keys being touched by one finger (RH Pinky), that maybe I was bridging the connection somehow.
I've found that most of the time I wouldn't need this fingering, BUT there are a few occasions where it would be useful. I'm 100% certain I'm not making contact with anything else, I've been practicing the EWI by playing through Ferling 48, and Rose 32, and various Violin concertos and sonatas. Sometimes if I move my pinkies around enough I can get the Bb to come out, but then the octave rollers don't work. Usually adding K6 to make the low Bb, does nothing. First of all the octave rollers cease to work, I am stuck on that note and if they do then they work sporadically. The issue is that when I get down to the bottom of the instrument in any octave, when I combine K12 and K13 the instrument does some weird things. I've tried resetting the EWI but to no avail. My Akai EWI USB functions perfectly I got it last week, and am using it with ableton, but my issue also exists when using it with any software. Hey all, I can't seem to find any resources for my specific issue online.
